We are currently recruiting for a full time Regional Manager in Risk Management to work out of our Eagle, ID office.
MANAGER REPSPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Design, implement and orchestrate a network of field representatives to achieve completion of loss control reports throughout manager's assigned territory.
Support field staff remotely and directly, effectively communicating company and customer policies and procedures. Manager may travel within their assigned territory as needed to support, educate and evaluate field staff to ensure quality reports are being completed efficiently.
Assist HR Dept. with staff recruitment to maintain adequate service coverage in the assigned territory.
Meet or exceed monthly goals and budgets, as agreed upon with Director.
Qualifications:
The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability working with and meeting budget goals
Superior organizational, communication, mathematics and computer skills with experience in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Demonstrated leadership in managing staff and projects
4-year degree preferred
Availability to travelEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
