26117 MEDWe are looking for an experienced RN to work in our facility as a House Supervisor.
The RN House Supervisor supervises, directs and coordinates activities of patient care throughout the hospital on an assigned shift.
Assigns department staff according to patient acuity and census.
Provides additional administrative support in the absence of departmental managers facility-wide.
Coordinates resources for patient care activities and provides guidance to personnel on duty.
To accomplish this, excellence in delegating, decision making, critical thinking and effective communication is required.
Our Hospital proudly promotes a 4:
1 nurse to patient ratio in the inpatient unit, with an even lower ratio for critical care patients, typically 2:
1 or 1:
1 depending on severity of illness.
Our skilled team of RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and HUCs are here to facilitate compassionate and competent patient care.
We promote a culture of safety and stand as a strong asset to our community.
Day shift, 6am - 6:
30pm.
Rotating every 3rd weekend.
Days of week are variable due to a small department, but we try to cluster shifts as much as possible.
No call.
Definite plus if willing to float to ICU, ED, or MedSurg areas in times of low staffing.
The House Supervisor position Requires the following.
Licensures/ Certifications:
Current Washington State registered nurse license or NLC eligibleCurrent American Heart Association BLS/CPRPALS CertificationALS Certification
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years acute care experience requiredLeadership experience preferred Experience with incident command, staffing/productivity, and internal hospital functions is highly beneficial.
Skills and Abilities:
Personal attributes to include ownership of actions, organized, open-minded, effective communicator, critical thinking, and ability to adapt.
Skills to include strong basic nursing and the ability to coach and guide staff striving towards excellence in patient care.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
