With innovative product lines and large land positions in incredible locations, we take pride in building the best homes in the area! We are looking for a reliable and precise professional to join our Admin Team! The Executive Assistant role will serve as direct support for 3 Executive Leaders.
The perfect candidate will also have a strong marketing and/or PR skillset with the tenacity to jump in on a variety of different tasks! Primary
Responsibilities:
Administrative assistance duties including composing correspondence for signature; managing files; making travel arrangements; directly receiving external phone calls; attending meetings and preparing and distributing meeting minutes, agendas, and presentation materials.
Perform research and other duties necessary to obtain information; gather and organize data to prepare reports for review and action by others.
Prioritize and oversee special projects assigned by Ownership, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the prioritizes conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
Work behind the scenes on social media including but not limited to LinkedIn to create content and postings on behalf of the Executive leaders.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree preferred, at least 2-4 years' experience in a high-level assistant position Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 products to include calendars, Excel spreadsheets, and presentation software Hold a high standard of professionalism with a polished personal presence Marketing & Public relations background is a HUGE plus Demonstrated ability to work independently to complete projects with tight deadlines Comfortable in a fast-paced, multitasking environment while possessing a high level of patience High standard of friendly customer service in execution of duties Great organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Deadline driven work ethic with a strong organizational ability Compensation:
