We are hiring a Human Resources Manager focusing on recruiting and compliance to work in our Meridian, ID office.

Assigned by the Executive Committee (with input from the Corporate Administrator), the HR Manager Recruiting / Compliance is responsible for recruitment including management of the hiring process, onboarding, compensation, employee issues / concerns, EEO, labor law compliance, and understanding of legal Human Resources issues.
This position reports to the Corporate Administrator.
General
Responsibilities:
Understanding industry compensation, including recommendations for salary ranges & signing bonus for various job classifications within the company.
Facilitate internal job changes such as raises, title adjustments, and relocations.
Partner with supervisors to help resolve employee relations matters and advising on disciplinary actions.
Managing the Recruitment process and onboarding across company.
Providing recommendations to management team for employee retention.
Legal compliance, understanding changing environment relative to HR issues within our footprint.
HIPAA compliance.
Reporting (OSHA, EEO-1, CMS/Medicare, Vets-4212 etc.
).
Draft policy and procedures in conjunction with Executive Committee.
Payroll changes / coordination with Finance Department.
Compliance adherence/oversight and training.
EEO officer.
Affirmative Action Plan.
Coordination of immigration matters for non-US Citizens.
Internal customer service to our employees to support our internal talent.
Coordination with executive committee to manage company career paths.
Assist in employee terminations in accordance with labor law requirements.
Monitor and support unemployment claims.
Worker's Compensation.
Alternative Work Arrangements.
PayScale Vendor Management and wage analysis.
Contact with outside recruiters.
Manager Intern Program.
To the extent practical, provide redundancy to the HR Manager Benefits.
Typical years of experience in field of 10-12
years.
Experience with large professional service firms (Architectural/Engineering) a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in business field preferred, human resources emphasis.
Knowledge of state local and federal laws and procedures.
Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems, Paylocity a plus.
Effective communication in personnel matters.
Able to handle sensitive and confidential matters with the utmost integrity.
Skills/Specialties include:
Compensation.
Employee Relations.
Legal Compliance.
Recruiting.
Benefits administration (not required, but beneficial if possessed).
Payroll (not required, but beneficial).
Certifications desired:
Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
Salary Range:
$90,000-$120,000 yearly, Determined by experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
