Starting salary 70-75k depending on experience.
Responsibilities Supervises and coordinates activities relating to grounds and custodial vendors and associated care Responsible for ensuring house exterior and interior is clean and well-maintained at all times Maintain household inventory of all furnishings and equipment in the house Some cooking Some childcare Dog sitting and grooming care Other duties as assigned Requirements & Skills Proven work experience as a House Manager or similar role Being a good communicator, understanding the client's likes and dislike Being knowledgeable on a wide range of areas related to the role Being responsible, efficient, discreet, and organized Relevant training and/or certifications as a House Manager 2 years experience as house manager preferred Benefits Travel, room & board, groceries, utilities included 401k Health/vision/dental Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
